Cincinnati Hillel Development Intern

• This intern will be responsible for several things related to our donor database, donor files and fundraising activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  -Cleaning up database of donors

  -Update mailing lists and work on segmentation for different annual fundraising appeals

  -Archiving information from the past regarding foundations, alumni, and lapsed donors

  -Auctioning off items to raise money for the organization

  -Conduct grant research and compile binder of descriptions, deadlines and requirements

  -Create an online swag store to raise money and sell Cincinnati Hillel gear

  -Lead other projects to help increase Hillel’s fundraising revenue

   

  Student should be motivated, organized and have attention to detail.

Recommended Skills:

• Microsoft office skills (including excel)
• Knowledge of Square Space for website updates/designs

About Cincinnati Hillel

We are the pluralistic center for Jewish life for college students in the tri-state area. We serve multiple campuses, but our building is located on the University of Cincinnati campus. Hillel offers educational and social programming, community service opportunities and Jewish holiday celebrations as well as leadership training and opportunities and trips to Israel for both Jewish and non-Jewish students.
